Meet Your Instructor
Rae Littlewood, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working in private practice in New Mexico since 2012. In 2025, she co-founded Third Wave Psychotherapy with the intention to expand access to and training in approaches that move beyond traditional cognitive and behavioral techniques to emphasize psychological flexibility and relational well-being. She is actively involved in service to the New Mexico Community for Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, whose mission is to bring high-quality training in couples therapy to New Mexico and to build community that embodies the values of EFT.
