Meet Your Instructor

Jessica Madrigal-Bauguss is a clinical health psychologist based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has been practicing since 2011 and specializes in working with individuals facing end-of-life medical conditions. She was introduced to behavior analysis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) during her undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico, where she studied with Dr. Michael Dougher. Dr. Madrigal- Bauguss went on to earn a dual degree at the University of North Texas, completing a master’s degree in behavior analysis and a doctorate in clinical health psychology and behavioral medicine. During her graduate training, she studied under Drs. Manish Vaidya, Sigrid Glenn, and Amy Murrell. She has been consulting with licensed clinicians in ACT since 2018 and providing ACT training to licensed clinicians since 2020.
